To ensure the quality and efficiency of university education performance, and to guarantee continuous development and improvement processes.
- Preparing the Deanship’s plans and implementing them after approval.
- Proposing plans and projects required to meet quality assurance standards, suggesting the necessary regulatory and procedural policies, and working on their implementation.
- Designing, developing, and reviewing quality assurance and continuous improvement programs for all university activities.
- Building and developing systems to measure and determine the quality of university services, performance efficiency, and effectiveness, and applying them.
- Following up on the quality programs and project teams, and providing them with technical, consultative, and logistical support.
- Representing the university in communication with local and international academic accreditation bodies.
- Monitoring the evaluation of academic programs, ensuring they meet quality standards, and coordinating continuous improvement efforts with concerned parties.
- Proposing plans and programs for nominating university staff for excellence awards within the university, and following up on their implementation.
- Developing faculty members’ knowledge and capabilities, and enhancing their professional readiness.
- Developing students’ professional knowledge and skills, and improving their preparedness to obtain professional certifications.
- Proposing, organizing, and holding specialized meetings, seminars, and conferences on quality and higher education development.
- Planning, coordinating, and carrying out the tasks required to fulfill all requirements of quality and higher education development-related bodies.
- Preparing and developing the necessary forms for the workflow of the Deanship.
- Setting performance measurement standards for all activities related to the Deanship, and reviewing and continuously improving them.
- Promoting awareness of the concept and practice of quality through holding meetings, seminars, symposia, and specialized workshops in this field.
- Organizing and archiving the Deanship’s documents to ensure easy retrieval and utilization.
- Identifying the Deanship’s needs for human resources, equipment, and materials, and ensuring their provision.
- Identifying the training needs of the Deanship’s human resources, and coordinating with the concerned organizational units to meet those needs.
- Preparing periodic reports on the achievements of the Deanship, with proposals for its development, and submitting them to the Vice President for Development and Community Partnership.
- Performing any other tasks within the scope of responsibility.
